## Description

We are seeking Volunteer Community Panel Members to join our Referral Order Panel. As a Volunteer Community Panel Member, you will play a crucial role in reducing re-offending by children subject to Referral Orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Chair or co-facilitate Referral Order Panel Meetings

- Contribute to the development of Referral Orders

- Negotiate and co-produce contracts of interventions with children and their families

- Ensure the views of the person harmed and/or the community are represented

- Attend pre-planning meetings, workshops, and supervision sessions

- Read and understand Panel Reports to suggest appropriate interventions

- Treat all attendees with respect, regardless of their background

- Maintain confidentiality according to our policies

**Requirements:**

- Complete the training and induction process

- Availability to attend meetings and events as required

- Ability to work according to our Confidentiality and Equal Opportunities policies
