## Description

As a full-stack engineer intern on an agile team at Agoda, you will help build and improve products for accommodation partners. Your work may span partner-facing web experiences, backend services, data, and production quality.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in an agile product team using hypothesis-driven development.

- Visualize product usage with a BI tool (e.g., Superset or Metabase).

- Use A/B testing and make product decisions based on data.

- Develop user interfaces with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.

- Build responsive, accessible web experiences for Agoda accommodation partners.

- Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using the technology stack selected for the project.

- Write automated tests and contribute to monitoring the production features you build.

- Explore approved AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows, and validate generated code.

Requirements:

- Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to break problems down and learn unfamiliar code.

- Experience writing code in at least one programming language through coursework or personal projects; no specific language is required.

- Interest in building full-stack products and learning across frontend, backend, and testing.

- Curiosity about AI-assisted software development and a willingness to use coding assistants and agents responsibly.

- Able to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate with teammates, ask questions, and learn from feedback.

Nice to Have:

- Hands-on experience with an AI coding assistant or agentic development workflow, including reviewing and testing generated code.

- Experience with databases (e.g., relational databases or NoSQL).

- Familiarity with React/TypeScript, C#/.NET, or comparable web technologies.

- Familiarity with automated testing, Git, or CI/CD systems.

- A project, portfolio, coursework, or open-source contribution you can talk through; a public GitHub profile is not required.
