## Description

WSP is seeking a Resident Engineer to oversee the $900 million Terminal E Garage and Roadways at Logan Airport project. The successful candidate will manage various work elements, including excavation, backfilling, compaction, cast-in-place concrete, drilled shafts, drainage, underground utilities, sewer, drain, and maintenance of traffic.

Responsibilities:

- Review construction plans, specifications, and contract documents

- Interpret technical submittals and shop drawings

- Oversee work for conformance to plans and specifications

- Anticipate and resolve design and construction issues

- Interface with the construction manager, subcontractors, and project owner

- Attend daily meetings and complete daily reports

- Monitor maintenance of traffic and take photographs for tracking progress

- Coordinate with on-call material technicians or surveyors

- Assist with review of Construction Manager and Subcontractor's pay requisition process

- Help with potential change orders

- Review red-line drawings using Bluebeam

- Prepare and update punch lists

- Be available to start early or stay late to cover construction activities

- Work Saturdays and odd-hour shifts when requested

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field

- Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience, including 4 years of supervising staff

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Valid driver's license

- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications:

- ACI or NETTCP certifications

- Experience with construction management software such as PMWeb, Site or Field Manager, APPIA, Procore

- Demonstrated supervisory skills

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected salary: $118,000 - $175,230
