## Description

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist (Data Shipping) to join our Warehouse Ops team. As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for the dispatch, receipt, and management of goods within the organization, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting visual inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments for identification and damage

- Coordinating and confirming receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers

- Verifying accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments

- Identifying and resolving shipping/receiving discrepancies

- Operating warehouse forklift/stacker or picker truck to pull and return parts from inventory

- Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments

- Arranging for cost-efficient transportation of products

- Participating in key projects to support continuous improvement

- Completing export documentation and shipping manifests

- Demonstrating knowledge of governmental trade compliance and environmental regulations

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of related work experience, preferably in a warehouse setting

- Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs.

- Ability to manage cartons over 35 lbs. using available safety tools

- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Experience operating material handling equipment

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in a cross-functional team

- Experience in international shipping and distribution

- Knowledge of transportation, shipping laws, and procedures
