## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to join their team in Montreal, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workplace environments and employee experiences globally, providing and maintaining vibrant, fresh, branded, and inspiring spaces.

The Workplace Experience team focuses on creating experiences and spaces that directly affect employee effectiveness, provide a healthy physical office environment, create a physical setting and workplace experience that reflects local culture, build community and connectedness among employees, and directly help foster EA's values.

As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will:

- Provide direct support, project assistance, and tactical operational assistance to the WE Site Lead

- Develop working relationships with departments, support partners, and other team members

- Understand vendor negotiations and cost management while ensuring high-level service

- Directly oversee third-party vendors for office services, including Ricoh, company store, concierge, help desk management, admin support, space support, and food and beverage programme support

- Be responsible for EA Montreal Company Store offering and management

- Plan and implement Studio-wide events and engagement programmes with the Site Lead

- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and programming related to all Workplace Experience functions in partnership with Site Lead

- Introduce and implement new programming and services

- Support the onsite Occupational Health Programme, participate in quarterly joint Health and Safety reviews, and conduct workplace inspections tracking corrective actions

- Uphold studio cleanliness and aesthetics to EA standards, suggesting improvements and supporting critical studio infrastructure preventative maintenance plan

- Support sustainability programming and related utility data collection

- Work with Studio and other support departments on new hire onboarding and employee and departure processes, and the Return to Office Programme

- Be responsible for space planning and office moves, keeping the seating database updated

- Source contractors for equipment repairs, non-warranty property work that is outside the scope of the property manager

- Assist the Site Lead in the quoting, bidding, purchase request/PO process, and management of vendors

- Help with planning, coordinating, estimating, and scheduling maintenance and buildout projects

- Be on call 24/7 in case of emergency

Education and Experience:

- College coursework or equivalent in a related area

- Three (3)+ years minimum in workplace operations, facilities management, or similar environments

- Hospitality experience an advantage
