## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 22:00-06:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, thriving in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

This is a frontline role requiring resilience, commitment, and digital confidence.
