The role offers a salary range of $170K – $230K, plus equity, depending on location and level.

## About the Role

As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will work with enterprise customers to understand their finance workflows, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and develop solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Discover and diagnose customer needs through stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives.

- Translate needs into solution requirements, including problem statements, success metrics, and deployment plans.

- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows and design solutions.

- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product and present impact and recommendations to executives.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong customer empathy and problem-framing skills.

- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, or technical program management.

- Grounding in corporate finance and controllership workflows.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML.

- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration.

## Working Style

The role is hybrid in New York, requiring time in-office and flexibility for travel to understand customer workflows.
