## Description

We are seeking an Activities Lead to enrich the lives of our residents at Cranmer Court, Warlingham. As an Activities Lead, you will be responsible for organising and leading activities that are both enjoyable and beneficial for our residents.

The key ingredients to being a successful Activities Lead are interpersonal and preparation abilities that ensure every resident makes the most of every day, delivering activities and ideas that bring out the best in those we care about.

Responsibilities:

- Organise and lead activities for residents

- Ensure activities are fun and stimulating

- Develop and implement activity plans

- Work with residents to understand their interests and preferences

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required

- Passion and interpersonal skills are highly valued

- Empathetic, respectful, and growth-oriented mindset
