## Description

As Events & Employee Engagement Manager, you'll own the full events lifecycle , internal and external , and ensure Solidgate shows up well.

Your mission is to drive events, including conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in Ukraine and abroad.

Responsibilities:

- Own the full lifecycle of events, from idea to post-event debrief

- Manage Solidgate's presence at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events

- Scout venues, manage vendors, and ensure delivery

- Lead merch production end-to-end, including design briefs, contractors, and budgets

- Build welcome kits and gift sets that are practical, personal, and worth receiving

- Create merch that makes people ask where it came from

- Build budgets, track spending, and handle several events at once

Requirements:

- 1+ years of event management experience

- English Upper-Intermediate or above

- Experience running events abroad

- Ability to handle event budgets and design briefs

- Knowledge of good design and gift concepts
