## Description

We are seeking a Prime Brokerage Operations Associate to provide direct client coverage and support key post-execution processes, including equity swap allocation and equity and fixed income cash trade management.

In this role, you will:

- Manage daily client-related functions, including trade allocations, amendments, client queries, and reporting within specified timelines

- Oversee swap trade allocations, investigate breaks, and ensure timely resolution of exceptions

- Perform cash trade matching and settlement activities while maintaining a strong focus on risk and control

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive engagement and high-quality service delivery

- Partner with global stakeholders and operational groups to address client needs and resolve issues effectively

- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through root cause analysis and operational enhancements

- Participate in straight-through processing initiatives and system enhancement projects

- Adhere to established controls, identify operational risks, and escalate issues to management in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in financial services operations

- Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management

- Ability to communicate effectively through strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of risk management, controls, and escalation processes

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy skills

- Experience in using analytical and investigative skills to identify and resolve issues

- Ability to build effective working relationships with local and global colleagues

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA or macro experience preferred
