## Description

The Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, part of the Accor Hotels group, is located in front of Copacabana beach, close to Ipanema and Leblon beaches.

As a Supervisor of Operations Governance, you will oversee the activities of Governance, including cleaning, tidying and decorating rooms and social areas, laundry, replenishing mini-bars, inventories, and third-party services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Validating daily activity planning for your team and making necessary adjustments

- Inspecting room cleanliness and organisation to ensure service quality and releasing rooms for sale

- Analysing area costs against the annual budget to help meet targets with your supervisor

- Supporting laundry, uniform, and linen service organisation and workflows

You will need to have:

- In-depth knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning routines and procedures

- Knowledge of cleaning products and their use

- Understanding of laundry routines
