## Description

As an Account Officer, you will work with the Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the product and service lifecycle. You will integrate all aspects of the customer experience and direct the organisation to meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver customer account revenue, cash, and debt targets

- Define and implement customer account strategies using account management processes

- Build customer relationships and act as a primary interface with Rolls-Royce

- Manage customer satisfaction

- Support forecasting inputs, considering customer intelligence

- Support service delivery and customer adherence to line of balance

- Coordinate and drive profit improvement from existing packs

**Requirements:**

- Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience

- Good understanding of Rolls-Royce products and services

- Extensive experience working directly with customers and delivering to their expectations

- Experience operating in a complex global environment and managing multi-national teams

- Understanding of the aviation industry is preferable

- Customer Service Excellence

- Process & Data Accuracy

- Task Execution

- Ability to speak Mandarin and English is essential
