## Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Elm Grove Care Home in Cirencester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, supporting with clinical duties, and driving and managing a team of Care Assistants.

The successful candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care, with previous experience in a similar role. You will be motivated, positive, and have great interpersonal skills.
