## Description

NVIDIA is seeking an Inception Partner Manager to join its Inception program, a virtual accelerator supporting startups using NVIDIA solutions for AI, data science, and visual computing.

The successful candidate will identify, engage, and recruit promising startups in Japan, assess their technical stacks, and recommend suitable NVIDIA SDKs and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and recruiting relevant startups for the NVIDIA Inception program

- Assessing startups' technical stacks and advising on NVIDIA hardware, software, and SDKs

- Building relationships with technical business leaders within the startup community

- Developing strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners

- Sharing ecosystem trends and opportunities with the wider organization

- Collaborating with the VC ecosystem in Japan

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related fields such as startup accelerators, executive positions at startups, or platform ecosystem development

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Good technical understanding of NVIDIA products and platforms

- Strong affinity for technology and technical subjects in AI, Deep Learning, and Data Science

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work proactively with minimal direction

- Fluency in English and Japanese

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence application development

- Familiarity with the Japan local ecosystem

- Experience as a Technical Business Development or AI team member

- Validated capability to work in a collaborative organization
