## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're building one of the fastest-growing Social Security Disability practices in the country, and we're looking for experienced attorneys who want to hit the ground running.

As a Social Security Disability Attorney, you will represent clients through all stages of their claims, prepare them for hearings, and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges. You will manage a substantial caseload, work closely with experienced case managers and support staff, develop legal strategies, and build compelling cases for clients.

Our compensation package is designed to reward productivity and successful outcomes, with a competitive base salary and a bonus structure tied to resolved cases and annual fees. You'll also inherit a robust caseload and consistent pipeline of clients, allowing you to focus on practicing law rather than generating business.

## Skills

### Required
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar
- Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings
- Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills
- Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities

### Nice to have
- Existing Social Security Representative ID
