## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management to join our Marketing Product team within Card Partnerships at Capital One. The ideal candidate will lead the modernization of our marketing technology capabilities, partnering with enterprise marketing teams to evolve and deliver on our marketing technology vision.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the modernization of marketing technology capabilities to meet unique partnership needs

- Partner with enterprise marketing teams to evolve and deliver on marketing technology vision

- Own the experimentation agenda and build AI capabilities to increase marketing effectiveness

Requirements:

- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing

- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Salary Information:

- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 per year

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 per year
