## Description

We are seeking a Director of Event Booking Center to lead our segmented sales effort and achieve revenue goals for properties within the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving personal booking goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase business

- Maximizing revenue potential through aggressive leadership and setting personal booking goals

- Managing sales activities, including monitoring day-to-day activities of direct reports and participating in sales calls

- Analyzing and reporting on sales and financial data to achieve financial room and catering goals

- Ensuring exceptional customer service and building successful relationships with key stakeholders

- Managing and conducting human resource activities, including interviewing and hiring employees

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area

- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
