## Description

We're seeking a Workday Extend Advisory Consultant to provide guidance on designs, coaching on development, and driving adoption of Workday Extend applications for Workday customers.

The Workday Success Plans Team builds and delivers services to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide guidance on designs and coaching on development for Workday Extend applications

- Drive adoption of Workday Extend applications for Workday customers

- Review technical designs and provide guidance to customers to ensure maintainability, efficiency, and adherence to Workday standard methodologies

- Communicate complex technical information in a simple manner across multiple levels from executive to developers

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of Workday Extend experience

- 5+ years of experience with Workday integration development, or software development

- 5+ years of experience with technical consulting and solution design

- 5+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience

**Nice to Have:**

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams

- Passionate about driving adoption and customer satisfaction through service excellence

- Experience implementing or supporting Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management, or Student Information Systems

- Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.)

**Pay and Benefits:**

- The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location are $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD

- Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD

- Comprehensive benefits package, including bonus plan and stock grants

**Flexible Work:**

- Combine in-person time and remote work

- Spend at least half (50%) of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners
