## Description

As a KYC Analyst at Tide, you will communicate with applicants via email, review and verify member data and documentation as part of the company's CDD and EDD processes.

You will liaise with internal compliance personnel on the shaping and application of KYC policy, identify areas of improvement that improve efficiency and member experience, and lend a hand whenever it may be needed in the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English skills, a natural curiosity about KYC principles and processes, and preferably experience working in KYC/compliance with a strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes.
