## Description

We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.

As a Client Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our service standards are met, and that we comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines, including KYC and anti-money laundering regulations

- Monitor expenses and control costs, track waivers and manage leads

- Display regulatory circulars in the area and ensure accurate processing of account opening forms and MF applications

- Manage vouchers, follow rules of custodianship and key management guidelines

- Handle exceptions, track and monitor deferrals

- Review suspicious transactions and large cash transactions, and follow necessary processes

- Ensure a clean mystery shopping audit report and track customer complaints

- Provide best-in-class service standards to customers

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of FEMA and foreign exchange and trade operations is preferred

- Experience in overall branch operations for 10 years

- Client service excellence skills

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows
