The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian’s suite of products (such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT. The Software Integration Engineer shall work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian’s suite of products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues

- Test Atlassian integrations thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions

- Experience using the Linux CLI

- Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Bash/Python/Groovy

- Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite of products to meet the specific needs of users and organizations

- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs
