## Description

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in the Eastern Pilbara, working FIFO on a 2/1 roster with 11-hour workdays. As a permanent position, this role involves leading and supporting staff in a remote site-based catering operation, ensuring a customer-focused, secure, and safe working environment.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, coordinate and support staff, and maintain a high level of customer service. The role is responsible for food service across breakfast, crib, dinner, and ad-hoc bar meals. Adhering to safety policies and procedures is paramount.

To be considered, you should have a trade certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in large, high-volume kitchen environments. You should also have a thorough working knowledge of the resources sector and flexibility to work varied rosters and shifts.
