## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Director, Clin Dev Ops to lead technical strategy for the FSP Enablement Team. The successful candidate will provide direction and management associated with the Company's business operations, ensuring the Company's Trusted Process methodology, project management standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are optimized and implemented consistently.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Participate in short and long-term planning for all aspects of the Department's operations and growth

- Lead forecasting, planning, and logistics for clinical operations activities

- Lead or oversee assigned business and strategic improvement initiatives

- Line manage Syneos Health staff, including professional development, performance appraisals, and employee counseling

- Support the development of the regional staff plan and oversee talent acquisition

- Liaise and facilitate between the Company's operation's departments and clinical business units

- Contribute to efforts to refine project management processes and evaluate project progress

- Develop, collect, and analyze project metrics

- Lead global project management systems and processes to increase efficiency

- Perform other work-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Management experience, preferably in a worldwide clinical research pharmaceutical or biotechnology company

- Desired technology experience with PowerApps, PowerBI, Sharepoint, Oracle, Agents building Co-pilot, financial review, Dashboards, and Enterprise level technology exposure

- Highly required Clinical Research background

- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and general regulatory authority requirements

- Demonstrated strong leadership, tactical and strategic thinking skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
