## Description

We are seeking a Charge Nurse Sister to join our team at Buckshaw Hospital. As a Charge Nurse, you will be part of the wider clinical team providing high-standard, efficient, and individualized patient care. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional customer service standards, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager

- Be an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes

- Demonstrate excellent clinical practice with high standards

- Prioritize patients' health and wellbeing across complex pathways and changing caseloads

- Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and team members

- Develop excellent working relationships

- Maintain high standards of infection control

**Requirements:**

- Registered nursing qualification or equivalent

- Leadership experience in a hospital environment

- Registered with the NMC

- Recent post-qualification surgical experience

- Experience of a team approach to care delivery

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs

- Demonstrated customer service skills

- Demonstrated computer skills
