## Description

Join Electronic Arts' Games for All team as a Program Manager Intern at their Vancouver, BC, Canada office. This hybrid internship runs from January to May 2027 and is aimed at Master's students expected to graduate no earlier than December 2027.

As a Program Manager Intern, you will contribute to projects ensuring EA's games reflect the global community. Your responsibilities include:

- Expanding the Inclusive Design Knowledge Base with guidance, templates, and training materials

- Supporting project management tasks using tools like Asana and Google Drive

- Providing guidance on cultural sensitivities and geopolitical context through reviews of text and visual content

- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to offer insights and guidance on game-related content

- Tracking metrics and analyzing inclusive design project documentation to inform future work

Requirements include:

- Current enrollment in an accredited Master's program in a related field

- Knowledge in cultural analysis, authentic media representation, or inclusive design

- In-depth knowledge of specific cultures, regions, or dimensions of representation

- Ability to identify friction points and underserved player needs within game content

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
