## Description

We are seeking a Chef De Brigade (F/H/X) to join our team at the Mercure Paris Boulogne hotel, located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt, near the Stade Pierre de Coubertin and the Parc des Princes sports complex.

As a Chef De Brigade, you will be responsible for leading a team of receptionists, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing daily operations at the reception desk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the front desk area, including room sales, customer follow-up, and adherence to operational procedures.

- Supervising and training receptionists to ensure high-quality service.

- Collaborating closely with other hotel departments.

- Ensuring accurate check-in and check-out processes.

- Providing exceptional service to local and international guests.

- Actively contributing to optimizing departmental sales and promoting other hotel services.

- Meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.

- Personalizing service for guests.

- Adhering to established standards and procedures.

- Training new team members.

- Communicating effectively with senior reception staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- High organizational rigor.

- Fluency in English and French.

- Proficiency in office software, particularly Opera Cloud.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a comparable or higher-category hotel.
