## Description

As a Registered Nurse on our 2 West Ortho Trauma team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing patients' conditions and reporting any changes

- Performing procedures and documenting care administration

- Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses

- Providing exceptional care and responding promptly to patient requests

- Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications

Requirements:

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

- Clear and active GA or multistate nursing license required

- ASN or BSN required
