## Description

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager in Retail Banking and Wealth, Hong Kong.

In this role, you will develop our Premier customer base and establish long-term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio. You will manage the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs. You will demonstrate genuine curiosity about customers, helping them reach their financial ambitions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with Premier clients

- Managing client wealth and providing financial solutions

- Collaborating with product specialists to identify and fulfil client needs

- Promoting our Premier Service to potential customers

- Supporting branch improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with audit requirements

To be successful, you will need:

- University-level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline

- Experience in a client-facing environment with excellent relationship-building capability

- Strong sales and customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services

- Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets

- Fluency in Cantonese and English, with additional languages being an advantage

- Relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements

The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
