## Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our MPF Client Management Team. You will own and manage a portfolio of employer accounts, acting as the key point of contact for clients and building trusted, long-term relationships.

Through proactive relationship management and high-quality service delivery, you will drive client retention, member engagement and business growth, while supporting clients through their MPF needs and eMPF operations.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop a portfolio of MPF employer accounts

- Build trusted relationships with employer HR contacts and senior management

- Identify and pursue cross-selling and business development opportunities

- Drive client retention through proactive account monitoring and engagement

- Support clients on eMPF platform operations and related matters

- Deliver professional presentations and facilitate client discussions and engagement activities

**Job Requirements**

- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Proactive approach with strong risk awareness

- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills

- Solid project management and coordination capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MPF, pension or employee benefits

- Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Papers 1, 3 and 4 required

- Full proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
