## Description

We are seeking a Staff Application Engineer – Physical Implementation to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our Application Engineering team, you will be responsible for solving complex design challenges, enhancing quality-of-results metrics, and empowering customers to achieve best-in-class performance.

Your primary focus will be on physical implementation flows, including AI/ML Implementation, Physical Synthesis RTL-GDS, Multi Source CTS, and Indesign Fusion. You will work closely with customers to identify design and EDA tool issues and deliver actionable resolutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with our R&D and product development teams to shape future technology directions and drive tool enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of physical implementation flows and a proven ability to debug and resolve synthesis & PnR challenges. You should also have excellent communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with customers and internal teams.
