## Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Cardiff or Southampton. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the point of contact for our customers, responding to their needs in an efficient and timely manner. You will deal with a wide range of queries, from simple to complex, and work in a hybrid environment with a mix of home and office working.

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 (pro rata for part-time roles).

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media

- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers

- Maintain high standards and continually strive to improve the service for our customers

- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary

- Support a continuous improvement ethos within the contact centre

- Actively seek to improve processes and workflows

- Work well within a dynamic team environment

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

- Resilience and ability to handle difficult interactions

- Basic IT skills to navigate our laptops and systems

- No prior experience in a contact centre environment is necessary, but you must demonstrate an understanding of great customer service
