## Description

We are seeking a Closing Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Closing Team Leader, you will continue the momentum from the team's day of hard work to finish strong, taking care of our guests until the doors close each night.

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $20.75 - $22.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $20.75 - $35.25.

As a Closing Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrating inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches

- Modelling a service culture that prioritises the guest experience

- Understanding your role in sales growth and how each area contributes to and impacts total store profitability

- Leading and demonstrating a culture of executing all best practices

- Problem-solving and prioritising across multiple business areas

- Assisting leaders through communication and collaboration

- Supporting your leader with store operations

- Using business planning tools to share priorities and business updates

- Taking action to achieve performance goals

- Evaluating candidates for open positions and developing a guest-centric team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous retail experience (preferred but not required)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- To be at least 18 years of age or older

- Leadership skills

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective communication skills

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
