## Description

We're seeking a Strategic Account Executive 4 to join our Retail Vertical team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading relationships with our enterprise Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice, and email services. You will develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.

In this role, you'll manage and expand some of our most important Retail customer accounts. You'll partner closely with other Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your Retail account portfolio. You'll serve on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and expanding key Retail customer accounts

- Developing and executing account strategy to drive revenue growth

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities

- Serving on a cross-functional account team to drive customer success

- Running a disciplined forecast and achieving sales targets

- Presenting guidance to executive management

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to major account or strategic sales

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

We offer a competitive salary range of $132,192 - $183,600, depending on location and experience. This role is eligible to earn commissions and participate in our equity plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.

- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $132,192.00 - $165,240.00

- Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $139,536.00 - $174,420.00

- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $146,880.00 - $183,600.00
