## Description

Mastercard's P&C Engineering team is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to work on Workday Integrations and Extend.

As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you'll be a hands-on builder on our Workday Integrations team, focusing on Workday Extend. You'll design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Workday Extend, including data models, pages, business process integration, and security configuration.

Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services

- Develop and support enterprise applications on the Workday platform

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Mentor junior engineers and contractors through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience building, supporting, and optimizing applications with Workday Extend

- Solid experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and Workday Web Services

- Proficiency with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, and common enterprise integration patterns

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

- Workday Extend and Workday Integration certifications

- Experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and AI-assisted development

- Experience improving business processes or integration workflows through automation

In terms of compensation, Mastercard offers a competitive base salary, and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
