IQVIA is looking for a Site Enablement Lead (SEL) to support clinical research sites throughout the study lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with investigators, site teams and internal stakeholders to understand site needs, implement appropriate services and resources, and help optimize site performance and study delivery.

You will combine your understanding of clinical trial operations with strong relationship-building, organization and problem-solving skills. Working across multiple sites and studies, you will help ensure sites have the people, tools, services and support they need to deliver effectively.

**Responsibilities**

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with investigators, clinical research site teams and internal stakeholders.

- Understand individual site needs and identify appropriate resources and services to support study delivery.

- Introduce site-facing services and technologies, encourage adoption, and provide training and guidance where required.

- Collaborate with internal technology teams to support timely activation of sites and implementation of site-facing solutions.

- Support clinical research sites with patient recruitment initiatives, including protocol-specific patient referrals and Direct-to-Patient campaigns.

- Enable sites to use IQVIA’s site-facing Referral Hub platform and support effective follow-through on patient referrals.

- Monitor referral activity and work with sites to help optimize referral funnel performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams on the preparation, negotiation and execution of site service agreements.

- Support the identification, interviewing and selection of temporary clinical research staff for site assignments where required.

- Coordinate invoicing and effort forecasting activities for assigned sites.

- Maintain accurate and timely information within relevant systems.

- Work closely with functional leads to monitor the impact and effectiveness of site enablement support.

- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives designed to enhance site support and study delivery.

**Requirements**

- Relevant clinical research experience, including hands-on experience working within a clinical research site, ideally as a Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, or in a similar site-based role.

- Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and the day-to-day operation of clinical research sites.

- Experience engaging with investigators, site teams and other key stakeholders throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

- Understanding of patient recruitment practices, site processes and workflows.

- Knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Professional fluency in German and English, French is nice to have. Any other European languages – e.g. Italian will be a plus.

- Strong communication, presentation and training skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to review information and data, identify trends and determine appropriate actions.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and adapt effectively within a dynamic, international environment.

- Confidence using remote collaboration and standard Microsoft Office tools.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences or another relevant scientific discipline.

- Relevant clinical research industry experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Benefits**

This role offers the opportunity to take your practical understanding of clinical research sites and apply it across a broader range of studies, sites and stakeholders.

You’ll remain close to the realities of clinical trial delivery while expanding your experience across site enablement, patient recruitment, technology adoption and operational problem-solving.
