## Description

Our Readiness team helps field teams build skills to thrive in an AI-powered world. As a Program Manager, you'll connect business goals to the skills our team needs to hit their targets. You'll identify gaps in technical or process knowledge and build paths to close them. You'll work with Sales and CX teams to ensure they have the tools and training to win.

Responsibilities:

- Map out what the field needs today and turn priorities into clear plans

- Build role-based learning paths that move teams from basic awareness to real-world technical expertise

- Bring Sales and CX together to ensure training aligns with the customer journey

- Use data to ensure training is moving the needle on performance

- Look for ways AI can improve workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in program management, technical enablement, or learning and development

- 5+ years of experience running complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish

- Experience working with Sales or Customer Experience teams in a large, global company

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in organizational change or technical readiness within a global team

- Experience designing certification frameworks for customer-facing roles or using AI to automate workflows and boost productivity

- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others without formal authority
