## Description

We are looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our team of mobile engineers responsible for building customer-facing products across our native iOS and Android apps.

The team works closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to take ideas from inception through to customers, with a strong focus on delivering experiences that feel at home on each platform.

As a Mobile Engineering Manager, you will:

- Manage a team of mobile engineers, creating an environment in which they can do their best work

- Motivate and develop the team, holding a high-performance bar and driving quality across the full SDLC

- Take accountability for the execution and delivery of your team

- Work closely with Product and Design to understand the shared outcomes and shape how they are delivered on mobile

- Partner closely with Engineering Managers and teams across Zopa, particularly Backend Engineering, to drive complex initiatives from inception through to delivery

- Provide technical leadership to your team

- Contribute beyond your immediate team through the wider Mobile and Engineering Management communities

You will have:

- Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications

- The credibility to support and challenge experienced engineers

- Experience working in a regulated environment to ensure that customer interests are always prioritised

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
