Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Straiton Retail Park Food Hall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

In this role, you will be expected to work varying shifts, including weekends and potentially full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December).

**Work Pattern:** Week 1:

- Sunday: 12:00-16:00

- Tuesday: 12:00-16:00

- Wednesday: 12:00-16:00

- Thursday: 12:00-16:00

- Friday: 12:00-16:00

Week 2:

- Monday: 12:00-16:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00
