## Description

We are seeking a Corporate/M&A Junior Associate to work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner at Sterlington PLLC, a full-service law firm based in Dover, Delaware.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of general corporate law experience, with a focus on corporate M&A and joint ventures law, preferably at an AM Law 100 firm.

Responsibilities include working on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures, and deal-making, with a focus on middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b, as well as advising founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions.

The Corporate group also works in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.

Qualifications and attributes required include:

- 2-4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm
