## Description

We are seeking a Transformation Manager to lead complex transformation programs for Advisory and DPM solutions in Investment & Wealth Management.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of complex transformation programs for Advisory and DPM solutions in Investment & Wealth Management. Your goal will be to drive forward the development of the Investment, Advisory, and platform landscape for private clients, including the introduction of new technology-based advisory and DPM solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new solutions from conception and platform selection to design, integration, implementation, and rollout.

- Ensure the integration of central components such as suitability, client and regulatory reporting, data, and interfaces into the existing investment and banking landscape.

- Translate strategic target images and technical requirements into solution designs, roadmaps, and reliable delivery plans, and manage dependencies, risks, resources, and decisions.

- Develop governance, reporting, and control mechanisms further and align the implementation with measurable business results such as increased DPM utilization, efficiency gains, and improved client experience.

- Coordinate business, product, technology, operations, and control functions and manage collaboration with senior management and external technology and platform providers.

**Requirements**

- You have successfully managed complex transformation programs in a wealth and investment environment and implemented solutions from conception to introduction in the business.

- You have practical experience in the end-to-end implementation of advisory and/or DPM solutions, including platform selection, integration, and implementation.

- You understand advisory and portfolio processes, suitability, reporting, data, client journeys, system integration, and operations, as well as their interaction along the value chain.

- You have sound technical, regulatory, and strategic knowledge of investment, advisory, and DPM models, as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities.

- You manage complex programs result-oriented and communicate safely with senior management and internal and external stakeholders.

- You have fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.

- You use AI tools effectively to increase productivity, optimize processes, and solve business problems.
