**What You'll Be Doing:**

- Leading technical guidance and hands-on support for industry key customers integrating Synopsys Interface IP into their ASIC SoC/systems

- Conducting detailed integration reviews and troubleshooting complex integration challenges

- Collaborating with customers to resolve technical issues related to PCI architecture definition, RTL simulation, synthesis, floorplanning, timing closure, and silicon/system bring-up

- Supporting silicon bring-up and characterization in system environments

- Documenting best practices, developing application notes, and delivering training

- Participating in cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements

- Occasionally traveling to customer sites for on-site support

**What You'll Need:**

- Master's degree with 15+ years of industry experience or equivalent

- Deep knowledge of the PCI Express specification and implementation

- Solid experience with PCI protocol and architecture definition in SOC

- At least 15+ years of experience in IP design, ASIC/SoC integration, or related customer-facing engineering roles

- Solid understanding of ASIC design flows

- Hands-on expertise in integration and validation of High Speed SerDes IPs

- Proficient in RTL and gate-level simulation debugging

- Experience with silicon bring-up and system-level characterization in lab environments
