## Description

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead and manage mid to large deployments of Workday's cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Workday's Deployment Methodology and have experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of 3-5 simultaneous projects

- Show strength in the Workday product suite – Financials, HCM, and/or Payroll

- Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Service resources working on implementations

- Ensure projects are accurately planned, staffed and managed

- Work with internal customer project managers to identify and resolve issues

- Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings

- Ensure clients take advantage of Workday's standard methodologies

- Find opportunities to position other service offerings

- Assist in transitioning clients from professional services to product support

- Ensure projects are delivered within budget

Requirements:

- 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations

- 3+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications

- Consulting experience

- Solid grasp of at least one business area: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable or Services procurement

- Project management experience

- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and social skills

- Passion for customer service

- Business development skills

- Knowledge of Internet technology and cloud-based applications
