## Description

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as a Night Care Team Leader at Bluegrove care home in Bermondsey.

As a Night Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing high-quality care and companionship to our residents. You will support residents with personal care and daily living, encourage independence and wellbeing, plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings, oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in social care, a QCF Level 2 qualification or above, and a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK. You will also need to be available for a 24-hour contract, including alternate weekends, and work night shifts from 20:00 to 08:15.
