## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work late nights, specifically Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 20:00 to 00:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store
