## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work part-time with flexible hours including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12-4 pm, with possible additional hours during peak seasons.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
