## Description

We are seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative to provide on-site cleaning support for our client in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service and a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times.

- Keep equipment clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately.

- Comply with Time & Attendance system on site.

- Maintain a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues, and Members of the Public.

- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties.

- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.

Personal Development:

- Attend training programmes as requested.

- Take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering.

Personal Impact:

- Wear full uniform and ID badges at all times.

- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.

- Arrive on time for your shift.

Quality Management and Health and Safety:

- Comply with and promote Health & Safety at work.

- Wear PPE where applicable.

- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to Line Manager immediately.

Other:

- Support the growth of the business by up-selling and cross-selling to customers.

- Support customer initiatives that could lead to longer-term benefits.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested.

Requirements:

- Willing to work flexible hours.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Pass security requirements/vetting.

- Eligible to work in Ireland/UK.

- Good written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications:

- School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English.

- Full clean driving licence.

Desired Experience:

- Experience within the relevant industry or similar environment.

- Time spent in a customer service environment.

- Experience working within a results-orientated environment.
