## Description

Syneos Health, a top life sciences services organization, seeks a Project Specialist for a hybrid role in Argentina.

The successful candidate will be part of the Clinical Solutions team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive clinical trial projects forward.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines to ensure milestone achievement and project progress.

- Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive plans for deliverables.

- Standardize procedures and implement best practices across trials.

- Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.

- Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure studies stay within budget.

- Track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop trial recruitment strategies and monitor enrollment.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.

- Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification in Clinical Project Management or a related field.

- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.

**Necessary Skills:**

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Teamwork and adaptability.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
