As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving results

The successful candidate will be available to work part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
