## Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Outerwear Designer to join our team at AlphaTauri, a part of the Red Bull organisation.

As a Senior Outerwear Designer, you will play a key role in creating collections for men and women's outerwear. You will be responsible for designing outerwear while following the seasonal concept and briefing, and ensuring that the clothing is functional and wearable for our target audience.

Key responsibilities:

- Create outerwear designs for men and women

- Conduct trend research and develop innovative ideas

- Lead fittings and collaborate with the Technical Development team

- Maintain SAP (PLM) data and create Techpacks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

- 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role

- Fluent English, German skills are beneficial

- Extensive experience with outerwear, fabrics, function, and treatments

- Strong trend research and market research skills

- Superior organisational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity

We offer a competitive salary package, with a minimum salary of EUR 2,760.00 gross per month. Our compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
