## Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and growth.

In this role, you will leverage reporting and performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, support strategic planning, and deliver recommendations that help shape marketing and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and direct growth through advanced analytic projects.

- Implement local market planning and analysis.

- Leverage direct sales information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc.

- Assist with creation of scorecards, agency development presentations to Sr. Leadership, and campaign management reporting.

- Assist with a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger-based marketing campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

- Devises new and innovative applications for existing concepts.

- Creates, develops, and refines analytics within the organization.

- Compiles, analyzes, and maintains reports and charts for Distribution.

- Analyzes and reports adverse trends to Distribution Management.

- Coordinates with other team members on Distribution projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistical, or a related field.

- At least two years of business planning, marketing, or similar experience.

- Fluency in English.
